Day 336 | Fun

Count this as another song I discovered as a result of this year-long tribute. This time it is a song with multiple personalities and a diverse lineage. You can hear “Little Wonder,” “Fame,” and Iggy Pop’s “Fun House” and “Funtime.” But “Fun” is its own distinct song, performed by Bowie during the Earthling tour. Because it’s more of a jam than a proscribed and expected work, there are multiple versions floating around You Tube including one confusingly also called “Fun House.” All this reinforces my deep regret for missing the Earthling tour. How did that happen???
