Day 287 | Beyond Now

Speaking of new Bowie music…this isn’t quite that, but it almost is. The musicians that backed Blackstar came back together to create a quasi-Bowie tribute including covers of “A Small Plot of Land” and “Warsawa,” as well as music that was originally created for Blackstar but not used (“Beyond Now,”) and other original pieces that seem similar to what appeared on Blackstar. I have this album on order so I haven’t heard it all through, but I came across this preview which is pretty compelling. Album: Beyond Now
