Day 116 | Waterloo Sunset

Many, many years ago I was under the impression that “Rebel Rebel” was a Kinks song. The first time I realized how much I liked Bowie was when I realized it, along with everything else in ChangesOneBowie were all by the same guy, and he was not the Kinks. Nonetheless I still like the Kinks and like this song, which Bowie and Ray Davies do especially well together. The song is beautiful but also has some novelty about it.
