This is another of the band, Shearwater’s excellent covers of songs from Lodger.  This is one of Bowie’s most chaotic songs. Its discordance makes for almost difficult listening, but at the same time it all works to convey a sense of pirate adventure.  I have read that the song was influenced by a German band called, Neu!, however I am not personally familiar with that band.  Album: Lodger
